No-Knead Perfect Bread

Ingredients

Sugar: 1 tbsp

Dry yeast: 1 tsp

Lukewarm water: 250 ml (1 cup)

Flour: 450 g (about 3½ cups)

Salt: 1 tsp

(Optional) Olive oil: 1 tbsp for extra softness

Instructions

1. Activate the yeast

In a large bowl, mix the lukewarm water, sugar, and dry yeast.

Let it sit for 5–10 minutes until it becomes foamy on top.

2. Make the dough

Add the flour and salt to the bowl.

Mix with a spoon or spatula until everything comes together into a shaggy, sticky dough.

(Optional) Add 1 tbsp olive oil for a softer crumb.

3. First rise

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a towel.
