Instructions:

Prepare the Fruit:
Wash, dry, and chop all the fruit into bite-sized pieces. Place in a large mixing bowl.

Make the Dressing:
In a small bowl, whisk together honey, lemon juice, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt until smooth.

Combine:
Pour the dressing over the fruit and gently toss to coat evenly.

Add Crunch:
Fold in pomegranate seeds (or cranberries) and nuts.

Chill & Serve:
Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes before serving to let the flavors blend.

Tips:

For extra fall flavor, sprinkle with nutmeg or pumpkin pie spice.

Make it creamy by stirring in Greek yogurt or whipped cream just before serving.

Keeps well in the fridge for up to 2 days (add banana fresh each time).
