Broccoli and Mushroom Stir Fry Recipe

Instructions
1. Mix the sauce
In a bowl, whisk together:

soy sauce

oyster sauce

cornstarch

water

brown sugar

vinegar (if using)

Set aside.

2. Cook the vegetables
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok.

Add broccoli and cook for 2–3 minutes.

Add mushrooms and cook until they release liquid.

Add garlic and ginger; cook 30 seconds.

3. Add the sauce
Pour the sauce over the vegetables.

Stir and simmer until thickened and the broccoli is tender-crisp.

4. Finish
Drizzle sesame oil on top if you like.

Serve immediately.
