- Cook the linguine:
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add linguine and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside. - Cook the chicken:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken pieces, season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. - Cook for 6–8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden and cooked through. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
- Make the Alfredo sauce:
- In the same skillet, melt butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
Pour in heavy cream, stir well, and let it simmer for 2–3 minutes. Add Parmesan cheese and stir until smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper. - Combine everything:
Add cooked chicken and linguine to the skillet. Toss until the pasta is well coated in the sauce and heated through. - Serve:
Garnish with chopped parsley and extra Parmesan cheese if desired. Serve warm and enjoy
Tip: Add sautéed mushrooms or spinach for extra flavor and texture!
