Instructions

Blend Ingredients – In a blender or food processor, combine the pickle juice, hot sauce, water, sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Process Until Smooth – Blend on high speed for 20–30 seconds, or until fully smooth.
Adjust Seasoning – Taste and add more salt, pepper, or sugar if desired.
Store Properly – Pour the sauce into an airtight container (like a glass bottle or jar).
Chill Before Use – Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to let flavors meld. Keeps for up to 2 weeks.

 

 

Drizzle on wings, tacos, burgers, or fried foods.
Mix into mayo or sour cream for a spicy dip.
Stir into soups, stews, or Bloody Marys for extra tang.

Variations

Extra Spicy – Add 1–2 diced jalapeños or a dash of cayenne.
