This dreamy, smooth dessert will leave everyone asking for seconds! The combination of creamy lemon filling and a buttery crust is absolutely irresistible. I printed this recipe just three days ago, and I’ve already made it twice—next time, I’ll be doubling the batch for sure! Ingredients:
Crust:
1 ½ cups of graham cracker crumbs
⅓ cup of melted butter
2 tablespoons of sugar
Filling:
2 cups of lemon juice
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1 ½ cups of heavy cream
1 tablespoon of lemon zest (for garnish)
Instructions:
Prepare the Crust:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar.
Press the mixture into the bottom of a baking dish to form the crust layer.
Bake for 10-12 minutes until lightly golden. Remove and set aside to cool.
Prepare the Lemon Filling:
In a large bowl, combine lemon juice, sweetened condensed milk, and heavy cream.
Whisk until smooth and well blended.
Pour the filling over the cooled crust.
Bake the Bars:
Bake the lemon bars for 20-25 minutes, or until the filling is set and slightly golden.
Let cool completely before cutting into squares.
Garnish & Serve:
Sprinkle with lemon zest before serving for an extra burst of flavor.
