Preheat oven:
375°F (190°C).
Mix the topping:
In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Prepare the chicken:
Place chicken breasts in a baking dish. Pat dry for best texture.
Spread mixture:
Coat the tops of the chicken breasts with the mayo-Parmesan mixture. Cover completely.
Bake:
Bake 25–35 minutes, depending on thickness, until the chicken is fully cooked and the topping is lightly golden.
(Optional) Broil:
Broil for 2–3 minutes for a deeper golden crust.
Tips
Use thin-sliced chicken breasts for faster, more even cooking.
Greek yogurt makes it tangier and lighter, mayonnaise makes it richer.
Add red pepper flakes for a spicy version.
