Combine and Heat: In a large pot, combine orange juice, sugar, coffee creamer, and vanilla extract. Heat over medium-high heat, stirring constantly, until the sugar dissolves and the mixture comes to a boil.
Cool: Remove the pot from the heat and let the mixture cool completely to room temperature. This typically takes about an hour.
Add Alcohol: Once the mixture is cool, stir in the everclear and vanilla vodka.
Bottle and Age: Pour the mixture into clean, sanitized mason jars. Seal the jars tightly and store them in a cool, dark place for at least 2 weeks. This aging process allows the flavors to meld and mellow.
Refrigerate and Serve: After aging, refrigerate the moonshine. Serve chilled, neat, or on the rocks.

Alcohol Content: This recipe yields a high-proof spirit. Please consume responsibly.
Flavor Adjustments: You can adjust the sweetness by adding more or less sugar. For a creamier texture, consider adding a small amount of heavy cream to the mixture before bottling.
Aging: The longer you age the moonshine, the smoother and more complex the flavor will become.
